Wasn't set up and I was on phone with customer service and main store just made me use the phone when I already done it. And my driver license was in the car but store closing in 20 mins. She said you can go to another store but they will charge... On the website said if you get phone from shop then you have your phone set up or at least have sim card ready for you.
