DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T START A VERIZON PLAN
The Madison lady scammed me to get her little check and told me what my bill would be for the next 3 years I’m stuck paying on these “free” phones. What she didn’t tell me was every line on my plan was increasing the next month. She also added 2 different Netflix plans on my account so I literally paid for nextlix 3 times for 2 months. My bill went up $100. I’ve called and been on the phone with Verizon for 2 hours every month for 4 months trying to get my bill figured out. Then my phone started glitching and shutting down after an update so I called and was on the phone over 2 hours trying to get a new one with the millions of dollars I pay for insurance for them to charge me for a “new” phone and sent me a refurbished one that glitches and plays random stuff 24/7 with no apps up so I get to be on the phone with these people who barely speak English for another 2 hours.

The people who helped us were very rude and was very upset when we asked questions would not answer any questions after purchasing a new phone unless we payed a 30$ fee my mother who is not very tech savvy was having a hard time and they were just super rude

I have been with Verizon over 27 years and today. These people are being very difficult to work with and refusing to assist my daughter whose last name is the same as mine. Her id has the same address that's on file and I give them permission over the phone to help her and they're still being difficult and refusing to help her. They have gone Downhill over the past 5 years. I'm to the point where I'm ready to switch carriers. Asked for a supervisorand none is on site. Not s good business practice. This store now sucks. When they stop being obtuse then I will change my waiting.
