    I have been with Verizon over 27 years and today. These people are being very difficult to work with and refusing to assist my daughter whose last name is the same as mine. Her id has the same address that's on file and I give them permission over the phone to help her and they're still being difficult and refusing to help her. They have gone Downhill over the past 5 years. I'm to the point where I'm ready to switch carriers. Asked for a supervisorand none is on site. Not s good business practice. This store now sucks. When they stop being obtuse then I will change my waiting.

    I needed help with my line and they act like they couldn't be of assistance with such a small task because I wasn't technically on the account They act like I was hacking into the oval office 😡 Customer service was scrappy that day

    Absolute trash. They only care about sales and not their actual customers. The swarm like sharks at the door and usher you right on out unless your there to buy something. You need to return equipment, that Customer Service Representative on the phone told you they could take... they say nope. They are rude and condescending. I would rather drive to Castleton before dealing with this shit again. They need to work on customer service and not just sales.

    My friend been frustrated with them from FREE WATCH8 SCAM from this location. They said it was free then charge the hell outta them. He paid almost 700 for first bill then he returned the watch. Customer service said get a refund from the location for sales tax they paid. He got tired going back and forth. The manager at this location DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN. he tells his employees to tell customer but he won't get involved. SAD, because of this issue probably people all we know will switch over to att or tmobile

    They sell you , then they ignore. I got the new watches , then returned them 1week later because what they told me and what verizon said was different. This location got the sales tax , and won't refund it, eventhough we returned it fully. This stores manager DOES NOT CARE , we called customer service , they cant do anything since we swiped the card at the location. THIS location manager said theyres nothing he can do , we have to call customer service. They are playing BLAME GAME. for the past 2 months it's like seeing DUMB AND DUMBER. as soon as my contract comes up. We are switching to their competitors. Hope verizon bankrupts.
