- NFNick FinesMar 30, 20211.0I have been paying month to month on my phone insurance for Geek Squad. Come to find out it stops after 2 years no matter if you still pay on time. I never received an email for them saying my plan is coming to an end. Rather disappointed I went in end of last year but due to covid was extremely hard to get an appointment. Now that I was able to get an appointment it's already to late and my phone is no longer covered. Will be last phone I buy out right from BEST BUY. figured paying cash up front may treat ya better. I was wrong. Now phone has crack in screen and they are no help. Spent over an hour on phone plus had to wait in the store. I'd like
