- EAEric Flapjack AshleySep 26, 20251.0Last week, I was into port my number and begin service. My final bill was way higher than I had anticipated, even with the added on screen protector and case I was looking to buy. She claimed the receipt printer was broken so I had to see my invoice later. Went home and saw a charge for some $119 item I did not recognize. Went back in and was told it was for a watch and that it was required to get the port in price on the phone I chose. This is not true, and she did not mention a watch at all at point of purchase, nor did she actually give it to me then. I was given it when I went back into see what this mysterious (and large) charge was for and it was the only time it was ever mentioned to me or it being a requirement. Very upset, and since this was the Store Manager who did this (and there are apparently no returns on accessories even though this has not been opened as I don't even want it) I doubt there will be any resolution. It was very underhanded and not appreciated and I will take my business elsewhere.
