  Last week, I was into port my number and begin service. My final bill was way higher than I had anticipated, even with the added on screen protector and case I was looking to buy. She claimed the receipt printer was broken so I had to see my invoice later. Went home and saw a charge for some $119 item I did not recognize. Went back in and was told it was for a watch and that it was required to get the port in price on the phone I chose. This is not true, and she did not mention a watch at all at point of purchase, nor did she actually give it to me then. I was given it when I went back into see what this mysterious (and large) charge was for and it was the only time it was ever mentioned to me or it being a requirement. Very upset, and since this was the Store Manager who did this (and there are apparently no returns on accessories even though this has not been opened as I don't even want it) I doubt there will be any resolution. It was very underhanded and not appreciated and I will take my business elsewhere.

  Switching from AT&T to cricket was a nightmare, but thankfully the people at cricket were so kind, patient, and extremely intelligent on their end. I was probably in the store for close to two hours trying to figure it all out and Jordan, Rebecca, and Mel were truly so kind to me. Thank you for all of your help I really appreciate it!!

  Phone service is good for what you pay for but the employees lack knowledge. I walked in and asked for information on the 4 for $100 plan, was told we could get all 4 free phones. Came back 1 hr later and was told we could only get 2. One of the 4 phones wasn’t even activated properly, had to come back and there was another employee. She insisted on chatting for support rather than calling a number because “it’s faster” and “does the same thing”.. well she and her manager came to the conclusion that the phone was locked and that I needed to call the previous company I had it with. She said they couldn’t do anything but yet they still charged me the activation fee. I called the other company, they put in a different cricket sim and it worked just fine. After 3 hours between both places I went home and called customer service. Within 15 minutes my phone was activated. Turns out they didn’t do it right in store
