- PPpeightenDec 24, 20255.0I had been absolutely screwed over, lied to, and taken advantage of by a previous Verizon corporate employee. Upon walking into this Verizon, I was a little on edge that it was going to happen again. However, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Tim Albert in this store. He listened to me, expressed how disappointed he was with my previous experience, and was able to lay everything out for me so I could finally see and understand what had actually been done to my account. He then solved all of my issues, without trying to add anything extra. After that, he was able to help my Grandmother figure out her account issues, AND find her a smaller phone to best suit what she was looking for. He is the absolute best Verizon associate that my Grandmother and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. You will not walk out of this Verizon unhappy. (Especially if you get to work with Tim.) Many thanks to this location and their authenticity!

He went over and above the call of duty to help me with a couple issues I had with my phone and bill. He was polite, personable, patient, empathetic, and genuine. This young man will go far as he has what it takes to succeed and takes a genuine interest in customers. Thank you Sean! Actually there was another employee, Matt, who saw that Sean needed a hand in a touchy situation he was having with a technical support person on the phone. He jumped right in and assisted as well. Thank you Matt! You both showed a real special compassion for your customer!! Something that is lacking in so many businesses these days. Again, thank you to both of you!
