JOSH YOU ARE GREAT, we almost didn’t come in today, but I’m SOOOO glad we did! Thank you for helping us with updating our lines and helping us get upgraded! You made our experience an unforgettable one. I hope you have a blessed one!
Alexis was a God send. My elderly mother got a new phone and we were unable to set it up because she didn’t remember any of her passwords. Alexis has it fixed in 20 minutes. I have been stress about this problem and am extremely thankful for Alexis.
Jacque went above and beyond to get me set up on my phone. It took a few days with the Apple issues I was having but he is awesome. 20/10 recommend his assistance.

This is tough to rate, since am not a fan of Verizon and trying to leave their service. I never have good luck with open/honest sales people. I always feel that I'm being "nickel & dimed", with my phone bill being outrageously higher at some point of my stint with Verizon. HOWEVER, Phillip at Verizon -TCC Maplewood location...phenomenal job. He was patient and listened to me vent about my dislike of Verizon; Not pushing or persuading me to stay, he simply looked up my account and provided the information that I requested. He answered all of my questions, and then simply gave me an alternative bill/plan option IF I would stay with Verizon. THAT is what I look for in a sales representative. NOT someone who schmoozes or misdirects. I'm still looking into other services, but Phillip MAY have convinced me to stay with Verizon. Time will tell.

Edit based on company response to my review: Verizon believes that their theft is acceptable and that they are not required to uphold themselves to their contract. To such a degree I have been forced to get the Federal Communication Commission involved. This company does not care about you and will use contractual responses to beat you into submission yet not uphold themselves to their promises. The contract only applies to you.
Original: This company has serious integrity issues. After switching carriers, multiple Verizon representatives claimed they “couldn’t find” my account — yet their Executive Relations team accessed it instantly using only my name and phone number. Despite insisting my account didn’t exist, they still retained my banking information and continue to withdraw money without authorization.
The misinformation between store employees, customer service, and executives is staggering. I was given contradictory explanations at every step, including false claims about contracts and billing timelines. Verizon’s process for carrier switching appears designed to benefit them, not the customer, and they hide behind “contract” language to justify charges they cannot legally support.
When I attempted to resolve the issue professionally, Verizon refused to take responsibility, refused to refund the unauthorized withdrawal, and pushed the burden onto me to dispute it with my bank — even though they caused the problem.
A company that cannot provide accurate information, cannot locate its own customers, but can still access and use their financial data is not trustworthy. My experience shows a pattern of concealment, contradictory statements, and a complete lack of accountability. I would recommend anyone to stay as far away from them as possible. (Made an address error, it’s Stellhorn not Coliseum.)
