    Very disappointed, went in a couple weeks ago to get the new iPhone 17. A lot of issues, going to go get the phone in the back, syncing everything to my phone, etc. My iPhone 14 Pro Max had a plan that had free Apple Music. No one told me that going into this new phone I wouldn’t have the same plan, so NO Apple Music. In order to go back to my old phone I have to pay $50, which is fine, but I still WILL NOT have my old plan back. After having Apple Music for free for 3 years now, if someone had mentioned I wouldn’t have Apple music or the arcade thing that Apple gives I WOULDNT HAVE GOTTEN THIS PHONE! My dad went in today to give them our old phones and mentioned my issue and now they got him to pay $10 for it. I’ll have you know it still won’t work!! And going on forward we will be cancelling that considering I got it for free for 3 years. Poor customer service, and I recommend going to a different location!!

    The associate lied straight to my face. “Promotion for free tablet or Apple Watch with a phone upgrade, all you have to pay is the monthly service fee, which he said would be around $7”. No. Everything including the device charge will be around $30/mo. “Keep your old phone, they would just throw it away anyway.” No. It will charge me $40/mo to still have this phone on my line. Extremely deceptive and very obviously going after a commission. I’m just glad I got to look into the ongoing charges more in depth. I even said “this all sounds too good to be true.” Well, I was right. He saw a sucker and he got me. Needless to say, I will be calling Verizon and returning everything. People - read every line of your paperwork and ask more questions!

    Stop in to Verizon Orchard X Chermo burritos at the door with a big smile and a pleasant attitude, he gave us great customer service listen to our needs. Joked with us, and me and my wife very happy with her new work phone she needed. Even did a number swap on everything for us. If you go to Verizon Orchard X make sure you ask for Chermo, he's awesome if you give him a five-star rating. Thanks for all your help Chermo.
