No one should have given him one let alone three. He cannot read and understand a contract and had no job! He now has a 2600 phone bill that he cannot pay and we refuse to. Verizon should be ashamed for refusing to make this right and the employee that sold this should be fired. Again, autistic son and it’s very clear that he is autistic. Do better Verizon! Update: I filled out the link provided by the Verizon employee below and have heard nothing back.

Jaquan was able to help us keep our phone for free and get the new one! He provided info on how to get a new wifi extender and overall was super helpful. 10/10 give him a raise!! he’s amazing!
