After going in person to the store in Fort Wayne, I had much better luck getting my issues resolved. Malik was a great help. I cannot stress how bad the customer service is on the corporate customer hotline, but that is not a reflection of this brick and mortar store which was great. The following is my original 1 star review and I would still give the customer service hotline this rating if I had to deal with them alone. "If I could give less than one star, I would. The only two positives are that they're pretty cheap and they use Verizon towers. Their customer service is the worst that I've ever had to deal with. The hold time has been many hours. I've selected the callback option many times, and every time when I get a callback, I'm immediately on hold again with no option to get a callback again. It took multiple days to get them to activate my new phone and figure out what physical SIM was in what phone because they wouldn't believe what I was telling them. Once that was figured out and I started getting service on my new phone, I found out I wasn't receiving texts. RCS chats were disabled by them. I'm currently on hold to get them to enable RCS chats without using my old phone on WiFi. This is ridiculous. The only reason we're still using their service versus another is that my phone is still locked. We will be switching as soon as it's unlocked."
