- RMRandy MooreFeb 5, 20253.0Honestly for how much hate they get they relatively aren't bad. i took my pc in a little before closing because i knew people like these complainers would show up at the same time and just had problems loading, eating games on minimum graphics, the whole shebang. i was talking to the guys there about it and yes they are understaffed, i think its like one guy there at this second for two weeks so obviously its not gonna be fast but they still gave me advice on what i could do to eliminate certain problems. Long story short i fixed the problem myself and discovered a spyware my roommate installed, so thank you geek squad, saved me money AND my personal files. Matthew needs to relax lol
