- MKMary KlinkerJul 11, 20251.0Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. The young kid working was the only person who seemed to care but the store manager and regional manager both completely ignored a customer who needed help and was at the store for a total of SEVEN HOURS! All we wanted to do was add a line to our account and switch a phone number from straight talk to cricket. SEVEN HOURS later the phone and number are correct. We were charged 3 separate times for activation fees while the REGIONAL MANAGER was hiding in the back of the store. Cricket is great quality phone service for the price. But the associates receive zero training and the management is trash. Do people not care to provide good service any longer? Does the way customers are treated really not matter so much that higher paid management just hides from any issues? God bless all the people involved but the way my husband was treated during this process was completely unacceptable. As a cricket customer you may as well just call the support line from your home instead of going to the store and being treated so disrespectfully.
