We waited in line for 15-20 min. They only have 2 registers. One had charge dispute and the other not sure. We were 3rd in line with several behind us.☹️

Excellent customer service!!! Amal went above and beyond to help us purchase an Apple product. There was no pressure, fantastic advice, and we left confident and excited about our purchase. The store was clean and easy to navigate. The manager Tristan was equally great. He was circulating the store making sure everyone was helped and happy. It really was a pleasant experience. My husband and I shop here a lot. We both have credit cards here..
There has been many employees that we have loved over the years of shopping.But recently there is, I think a manager, he's on the husky side with glasses, and he is very rude. He is sour as milk can get. Doesn't care what you have to say He says contact customer service. And then customer service will say, go back and talk to the store. So nothing ever gets resolved. It's not my first time running into this person. I understand people have a bad day, but it seems like almost any time.I have a run in with this man.He's having a bad day.

I’ve purchased a large amount of electronics from Best Buy over the years, and they’ve consistently been my go-to store for tech. Their selection, return policy, and warranty options have saved me time and headaches more than once.

I will start this review by getting the bad stuff out of the way: the website/app was frustrating to use to try and schedule an appointment, and I HATE having to talk to a robot instead of a real person for help. Because, guess what, the robot was no help at all. Long story short, I paid to get a remote start done for my car, but when I had to reschedule my appointment, their system automatically canceled my order but did not cancel my appointment. I would have had to re-purchase the remote start kit at a much higher price, because my original discount was no longer valid. This greatly upset me, since it was their system that canceled my order, not me. Well, a very nice employee by the name of Blanket helped me not only get my original item & price back, but was also super helpful with the remote start and my appointment. I hope her pillow is always on the cold side and that she gets everything she wants in life.
