It's whatever. Dude was a dickhead. I hope I never see them again. Talking down on my dad cause he can't speak English and when you see me, the first thing you ask is, do you speak English. I didn't like you from the start. Bringing that negative energy to me. Whatever ,they did a good job. We can't stack it, blah blah blah. Only reason why I got into an argument with my dad for a moment was because they acted like they can't deliver it because the dryer would make it not possible to close the door. We fixed that issue after they left. The dude just rude as hell. Both of them shouldn't be doing delivery at people's homes. Being disrespectful in my home. " Yeah keep telling him" I'm trying to explain to him why youre crying about delivering the dryer because the door won't close. He thinks I'm stupid and literally disrespecting me in my face. You're just moving shit. That doesn't mean you get disrespect people in their own homes. Good grief. The last best buy delivery guy kind and wasn't trying to rush anything. These dudes mad about doing their job. Smh

I found a television stand that I wanted to purchase. The price was clearly marked on a sign accompanied by the description of the item. The description on the sign matched the television stand it was sitting on. I asked an employee for assistance because I was unable to find this unit in a box. He quickly removed the sign, stating the price was inaccurate, then said the item was out of stock. I told him I would purchase the one on the floor, and he told me he could not sell it to me. I asked why not and stated that I had bought a "last item" on the floor from them previously. He refused, so I asked to speak with the department manager. He told me he was in charge of the department and would not sell it to me. He was pretty aggressive and rude about the situation. I eventually spoke to another manager and showed her the picture of the item I took on my phone before speaking to the guy. She was super kind. Asked me who I spoke with and sold me the item. Found out the guy was not a manager and just had a bad attitude. This was a terrible experience, but the lady was kind and apologetic for the guy's actions.
