I grabbed the wrong headsets... got wired i stead of wireless. The exchange was fast and easy, the salesman even helped me pick a different model when they were out of stock on my original choice. 5 stars

Excellent service, by this young man named Jackson, him and his other coworker made my day! I didn’t asked for the other employee name. But he was calling Jackson the guy that was helping me(my big brother)! This made my day so much! You guys need to hire more people like them.

Tried to ask an employee about a of products matching specific parameters, and he insisted on trying to point me at something that he used, even though it wasn't what I was looking for. Eventually found something that worked, thankfully, but I feel like I wasted time, rather than saving it. Also, the item he was trying to get me to purchase was almost 3 times the price of what I was actually looking for.

Recently I had a Compustar remote start and alarm installed on 2/8 and the installation took longer than expected even with me waiting and showing up early…. Also the technician that installed it never secured my hood and I noticed it about 2miles away from the store…. I’m just glad I didn’t get on I-69 northbound to go home and get a hood go back into my windshield…..
