I added a phone to my account and the manager onsite set up the account incorrectly - causing me to not get the promotion going on. When I came back to fix it, it took 2 additional 1 hour visits and many phone calls - to which they said it was fixed. But 3 months later and I have noticed they added fees, protection plans, etc that shot my monthly bill up $50…. I would not recommend coming to this location unfortunately as I am still fighting to get the bill fixed.
