We came in and Brian was so quick to help us out, lay out all the promotions that Verizon was offering at the time, and helped guide us through the whole process. He was so personable and even cracking jokes, something most customer service environments rarely do. We left happy with everything we wanted and more and would go back to him if in need. We would suggest everyone to reach out to Brian Brooks he was awesome at his job and made the “stressful trading phones in” process so simple. THANK YOU BRIAN

Deceiving sales practices. Anthony lied on text and in person about waving activation fees. $160 activation fees showed up on first months bill. We went to the store and spoke with Brian the store manager who talked bad about Anthony and said he’d fix it. A day goes by , no communication so I text Brian who tries to push it off on “his sales manager” . I said no, I want a real answer I want the activation fees removed. He then says the conversation is over and ignores my calls. I called from a different phone , he answers and says I’m harassing him then hangs up. After paying over $300 in store the day we got phones, now the first months bill bill is over $400 with activation and other random fees. This is outright fraud. Anthony also forged my signature on the agreement. This is not a real Verizon store it’s cellular connection. My advice go through the Verizon website or go see Brock at the location by ikea

This store is absolutely TERRIBLE .. ANTHONY IS NOT A MANAGER but told us he was .. said he’d waive activation fees and DID NOT then we were told he’d credit us so much and DID NOT .. we spoke to the manager BRIAN and he lied and told us he’d take care of it and he would talk to his manager Cody but we never heard anything my husband called there he said we were harassing him and THEN I tried calling to get a way to speak to Cody and a employee answered and whispered that I was calling to speak to Cody and I said why are you whispering and why’s it a big deal to talk to Cody ?? They then hung up !!! They are VERY shady, liars, and just overall a terrible store and I highly recommend staying away from them !!! Go to a corporate store !!!

This is probably one of the best Verizon stores I have ever visited. The store manager, Brian is amazing and super helpful. I bought an iPhone from Verizon at Hamilton Town Center and they were so unhelpful and actually turned me away when I had questions, came to this store and everyone was eager to help. 11/10 recommend going to this store over Verizon at Hamilton Town Center!
