I had the unfortunate encounter with this companies Elizabethtown, PA location. I wanted a new Motorola phone. The salesman mislead me to believe the Pixel phone has some special glass, that I could "drop it 100 times and the glass won't break". What a lie. Guy outright lied. I had the phone in coat pocket the day o bought it, dropped my coat on the floor, it cracked the glass. I'm taking them to court. I don't if I have apoeal a local judges decision. I don't care how much it costs. I'm sending letters to every agency in this country to try and put them out of business. When I went back into the store, the manager told me to get out. Do not do business with this concomp. They r strictly commission driven. They do not care about customers.

Horrible...do not ever use any of these stores. I purchased a phone on Saturday in the Belton, SC location after my mother dropped and broke hers. She lives alone and it was imperative she have a phone to call for help should she need it. It Took 3 1/2 + hours and I was the only one in the store. Phone would not activate. They replaced the sims card & was told to take it home & it would activate within the hour. Next day phone still would not activate. Spent another 2+ hours in the store. Four calls to tech support. The store employee told me it had the wrong sims cards & sorry the phone won't work. I do have another phone but it was ordered for someone & I can't give it to you. She can't give me a refund either because her "manager" is not in and she is not authorized. Day three....taking time off work because manager is in the store but she can't help me until 9:00 when she clocks in. The computers will not work until 9. One excuse after another. NEVER again will I go anywhere but a true Verizon store. I intend to call Verizon corporate...this type of customer service on a store that has their name on it is very bad for their brand. Since I bought out her contract I suppose I can take my business elsewhere. That's the good thing about being in a small town & social media. At least I can get the word out not to use this location. All I want is for someone to make this right and stop giving me excuses and wasting my time.
