  First off the tech is GREAT! He's very professional, personable, and knows what he's doing.👍👍 Geek Squad not so much! You have to sit home all day! When it gets fairly close to time, they will give you a 4 hour window. That NEVER happens! They give you tracking so you can see where your tech is. My window was from 1-4 p.m. It's right now 4:35 p.m. and my tech is in Jasper. I feel sorry for him! It's evident that someone there who does the dispatching doesn't have a clue of distance! I think they need a dispatcher!

  The poor front end was so slammed today with walk ups. A male employee came out from the back and announced to the crowd "im not obligated to work up front. But I was told by my boss I have to ask what's going on." If this is how they treat people to their face, imagine what they do to your personal electronics when youre not around to watch...

  These guys are my heroes today! I had purchased a multi-camera security system, and had a terrible time figuring out how to bring it up. I had some of the cameras mounted. It had been a dread for months to get this going. I'm not an IT person, so it wasn't working. I finally figured I would try to have Geek Squad get it finished. Ejike and his partner did an awesome job! They re-routed some of the wiring to make the last two cameras work. They figured out that I had not set up my router correctly. Everything is working great now. Ejike even went around the house to ensure that all the cameras were mounted solidly and adjusted all the camera's. They had an EXCELLENT customer service attitude. I can't recommend them enough. A+ service!
