But I was told by my boss I have to ask what's going on." If this is how they treat people to their face, imagine what they do to your personal electronics when youre not around to watch...
- MMMarthaAug 28, 20255.0These guys are my heroes today! I had purchased a multi-camera security system, and had a terrible time figuring out how to bring it up. I had some of the cameras mounted. It had been a dread for months to get this going. I'm not an IT person, so it wasn't working. I finally figured I would try to have Geek Squad get it finished. Ejike and his partner did an awesome job! They re-routed some of the wiring to make the last two cameras work. They figured out that I had not set up my router correctly. Everything is working great now. Ejike even went around the house to ensure that all the cameras were mounted solidly and adjusted all the camera's. They had an EXCELLENT customer service attitude. I can't recommend them enough. A+ service!
