If it wasn’t for her hard work and even reaching out to Cricket customer service, I would still be stuck using an android. I wanted to throw out the window every five minutes. I am an Apple fan always will be. She goes above and beyond with her job and it’s very rare these days to see that in employees. So Cricket, if you see this employees like her or rare If I were you, I would actually give her a raise To show your appreciation for her customer, service skills, empathy, sympathy, and knowledgeable facts of Cricket .. just throwing that out there cause there’s many employees even that big corporations that don’t even know what they’re doing, she does !

Betty and Demetria are the most sweetest and humble woman that i have ever encountered at this location. The store never smells of nothing strange unless you have never smelled clean. They do however sit between a hair salon and a pool supply place.. I love this location and drive over 30 miles to go to this particular one because of them. Great woman and a very well maintained store.
