I went home and Verizon sent me a bill that was not what I was expecting and told me I had to come back to the store. Greg assured me that what we had completed would be the price that my bill should pay this upcoming bill.. I got my bill that comes out automatically and it did not reflect the correct price so I made a trip back to the Verizon store fortunately Greg was working. I asked him if he remembered me and told him the situation and he did and I also showed him the new bill. He corrected everything for me so that my new bill would be the correct price. I wound up purchasing a new phone from him. Excellent excellent customer service truly appreciate him and the time that he has spent with me for two weekends.
