  I want to give a huge shoutout to Anya for her incredible customer service. I’ve been to the Hively location and they never help me. every time I need help with my phone, Anya is the one I turn to. As an older customer, I sometimes have trouble with technology, but Anya is always so patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She’s fantastic at juggling multiple customers while still making sure I feel heard and well taken care of. Her knowledge and friendly attitude make such a difference. She truly goes above and beyond, and I believe she deserves recognition for the way she helps everyone with a smile. Thank you, Anya, for your amazing support and service!

  I created a new account with two lines and the entire process with Anderson went very well. He answered all my questions and did a good job connecting my HBO Max service. It was a bit complicated, but with his patience, he was able to get it done. I highly recommend this store.

  Do not go here!!! Went here today around 3:45 pm just to leave at 4:40 pm. The two working was a young male and young female who doesn't know really how to do their job. The young female was training. But the young male only knows just the basics. Anyways, when we got there they were going in between customers and were having computer trouble which they had admitted that one had. Instead of switching to the working computer they used the one that was having issues. Which turned into charging our card (which the bank said they had a successful payment from cricket.) However they said they had no record of the payment which the bank even said there was a successful transaction for cricket . After the manager got there all she wanted to do was argue and be hostile with us. Instead of de-escalating the situation at hand she escalated it real quick. No customer service at all.!!! When we were leaving the manager said something in Spanish which I then asked her to repeat in English! She refused!!!! So now corporate will know everything and even have the video on the situation tonight! If you want to have speedy respectful customer service and not get laughed at in your face for no reason at all I suggest you go elsewhere!!!
