  Went in to see about getting on with cricket and leave att and the Hispanic lady doesn't understand like any English I asked her if we can see if I can change providers and she said yes and got back on her phone I think she was on YouTube, so I asked her again can I switch then she said I have to get a pin, I then asked if I lmao that will it shut my services down now she said yes, I said I need to see if its cost effective and said she can't so I wasn't able to change providers and probably wont try cricket again, terrible customer service and didnt care to assist I feel

  I currently use Cricket for my personal cell phones service provider and i really couldnt be happier with the service i get through Cricket with the 60 dollar plan i have. I hardly have any issues with losing signal no matter where I am at for the most part. Now I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE CRAWFORDSVILLE STORE TO DO ANYTHING WHATSOEVER. The customer service in this store is the worst and most terrible experience I've probably ever had in my life at any store in general. The employees hardly know anything about the phones they carry in store at any time or about anything that might be giving you problems with your phone that is related to your phones connection with their service towers etc. When I started my plan with Cricket at the Crawfordsville store I was asking the only employee that was working at that time which phone would he the best fit for what i needed and what my budget was at the time and i also asked which phones there at the time had recently came out and which ones were about to have its next generation come out and She couldnt answer any of my questions about the phones and just repeatedly read off what the specs and description of the different phones were. Finally she used her own phone and looked up how recent the phone i wanted was and told me it had just came out about 3 months prior. LIES!!! I went in to pay my first bill because the autopay wasnt working for some reason and when i walked in the store to pay for my 2nd month only 30 days after buying my phone outright for over 200 dollars and signed up for the insurance plan to protect myself hopefully well guess what!!!! The new generation of the phone i have just purchased 30 days prior was out on display and for sale. I was furious beyond belief and that finished me ever being a customer at that particular store.
