    I went to the Verizon store to check out the folding Samsung phone. I saw it but couldn't hold it. I have to trade in my perfectly good Note to get a reasonable price. I don't want years of payments, and wanted to purchase it outright. The Note is mine, free and clear. No thank you. He wanted to see if he could lower my bill. Sure, go for it. ... ... .... .... I finally got tired of waiting for him to find anything, and left. If I sneeze near a Verizon store or web page, I am inundated with ads and requests for reviews by text and email. I think it's time to talk to T-mobile or another service and take my 3 smartphones, two connected tablets, hotspot, and $350 a month bill somewhere else. It may be time for a divorce, after 26 years with Verizon. Is that the review you asked for?

    Salesman was helpful but incorrectly told us that we wouldn’t need to be home for our phone to be delivered. FedEx left us a note saying they missed us and will not deliver the phone until the 17th and someone has to be there to sign for it. :( so if you are getting a phone delivered make sure that you’re home cuz you won’t get it otherwise. Frustrating

    although i actually had the craziest experience, i did have the best employee to help me get through it! thank you to joseph for being so kind to help me figure things out that he didn’t know about either. 10/10 customer service and just happy that i could feel comfortable while going through uncomfortable things haha
