So I immediately went searching. The item was not in or near our mailbox, porch, or anywhere on our property. I searched high and low, as I was home when I got the notification stating it had just been delivered. I reached out to customer support immediately and they said that they'd submit for a full refund since I did not want another replacement speaker, fearing the same thing would happen. Said that I would see a refund after the claim is processed within 7-10 business days. I got an email back saying "Your claim has been reviewed and unfortunately is denied, we are unable to issue a refund OR a replacement for your item. We encourage you to contact law enforcement regarding this." HA! Law enforcement. So now, I'm out $139 and a Christmas gift. Never again as long as I shall live, will I spend another dime towards Best Buy. I am disgusted.
