    Useful at times. Most of what anyone would buy here, they can do much better online. Unless you are not familiar with the product you want to buy and would like to see it in person before buying. I went to look at 3D printer because I have never owned one, I wanted to see some in person. They do not carry 3D printers in store

    Buyer beware. I ordered a portable speaker to be delivered to my house. I received a notification to my phone that the item had just been delivered. So I immediately went searching. The item was not in or near our mailbox, porch, or anywhere on our property. I searched high and low, as I was home when I got the notification stating it had just been delivered. I reached out to customer support immediately and they said that they'd submit for a full refund since I did not want another replacement speaker, fearing the same thing would happen. Said that I would see a refund after the claim is processed within 7-10 business days. I got an email back saying "Your claim has been reviewed and unfortunately is denied, we are unable to issue a refund OR a replacement for your item. We encourage you to contact law enforcement regarding this." HA! Law enforcement. So now, I'm out $139 and a Christmas gift. Never again as long as I shall live, will I spend another dime towards Best Buy. I am disgusted.
