- KKKorry4 days ago1.0Absolutely horrible customer service. I was looking to purchase a laptop computer and a week ago. I made a stop so I could get an idea of what would be good better and best for me. I asked a sales person for help and he told me the computers were in order of how good they were and walked he walked away. Today I went into the store to actually make a purchase and found one I liked, but couldn’t find it on the shelf. I went to the customer service desk and spoke to a manager that I needed help. He told me he would send a sales person over to me. I waited well over 10 minutes and no one came to help. While waiting, I had plenty of time to search online and found a much better deal through Amazon so I left the store. Best Buy lost a sale of a computer and most likely a printer today.

He resolved my issues completely ! Left there with my phone like new, thanks to Ceazar ! - AMAric MckeownFeb 27, 20261.0Zero stars best buy. Bought a new legion go s on Feb 13th. My son played on it for a few days and the right trigger broke. Attempted to return it and was denied even though it was within their 15 day return or exchange window. I asked for a protection plan at time of purchase to find out there wasn't one placed on it. Manager was unhelpful in honoring the return or exchange stating they dont currently have a GM. Upon speaking to customer service over the phone they stated the store has to honor the return or exchange
