- DOD Scott OrmsbyJan 16, 20261.0I do not recommend setting up business service at this location. Rob sold me the $10/line bring your own device plan with $2.47 in taxes and fees for each device. My first month's billed was over double what was expected. Rob said that he would make it right, but the next month the bill doubled again. During the sales phase Rob was responsive to questions. Since the sale, he has not responded to my questions and I have been forced to cold call him at the store, but even that has been ineffective. Back to T-Mobile for me.

This man deserves a promotion and a raise!!
