I knew the phone we wanted, and she switched our numbers in just minutes. She couldn't physically do anything, but she walked my wife and I through so much. I didn't know how much I didn't know. I just wanted to let her know that I loved her attention and wonderful knowledge.

She should be store manager , I came in switching from metro by tmobile and she greeted me so kindly and walked me thru the phones that was displayed , she showed me the accessories and how to apply for acp and get HBO max FREE with my plan. She was respectful and last week when I came in a woman with glasses never introduced herself so I left not happy but Victoria this week was amazing!!! I'm coming to cricket next week and I hope Victoria will be there
