I wish I could give 0 stars. I will never shop at Best Buy again. I purchased 2 walking pads off the website and before I purchased them I clicked on the link below the item that said view return details and it said can be returned in store. So I purchased them believing they could be returned in store since that's what it said. We got them and they really didnt have incline which is 1 item I really needed so I did a chat and asked about returning the item and was told it could be returned in store. I asked for a transcript of the chat and was told when the chat ended I would be able to put my email address in and would get a transcript. I did not. So I did another chat and was told that you actually cant get a transcript of the chat. I told him I needed to see how to return these and he also said it could be returned to the store. My husband loaded them up (he has severe back injuries from his service in the Marines which is why we needed these in the first place) and we took them to the store and unloaded them only to be told we couldn't return them to the store by Talia Bryant. I explained that the website AND their own customer service told me it could be and she refused to help. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the only manager there. So I called Best Buy again and they again told me it could be returned to a store. So I went in to try to get the name of another manager and was told there was actually a manager in the store over Talia (so she apparently lied). His name is Keith Stokes so I told him my situation and he said he would help me then looked up the order and said he wouldn't help me because it was bought through their marketplace which I had no idea existed. I told him their website and their own people told me it could be returned in store. So I asked for his bosses name and he gave me....the 1800 customer service number. He said there are no other managers over him that I can talk to. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Best Buy but I am done. This is ridiculous. Stop lying to your customers.

The little sales lady she was good friendly and helpful could not ask for a better person to help you select your shoes. Wish I knew her name so I could recommend her to you but she's a young girl and she did fantastic not like most young people nowadays

I walked in wanting to purchase the reMarkable Paper Pro. Asked for help. 40 minutes of me standing infront of the display and watching multiple employees walk past I walked out.
If I could give a half star I would.
Their customer service is a joke.

Don’t trust Open Box descriptions.
I bought an 85” TV listed as Open Box Excellent“. When I got there, they had wrapped the TV only in bubble wrap without a remote, stand, power cable, or box.
Best Buy states Open Box excellent as: “Products in Excellent condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts and accessories (or a suitable replacement). The product will be in its original box (or a suitable replacement)”
When I asked how I was supposed to use the tv without a remote, they told me I could buy one.. They wouldn’t mark the price down any further to compensate for that.
Wasted over an hour of driving and borrowing a van that could fit the TV.
