    Bought a JBL Ma310 receiver 12/28/24. Lost sound to it on November 7,2025. Warranty was good for 1 year. Called customer service at JBL on November 17th,2025. After trying several different test with the tech support, it was determined that our unit was faulty. They said we had to call yet another number to have them send us a USB to download stuff from our receiver. Then we could send it to California for repair, but we would have to pay our own shipping. What a crock! You have already said it is a faulty product and having to jump thru hoops and then pay shipping??? Their warranty is useless. We will never purchase another JBL product again!

    One of their employees almost ran me over this morning around 10am. Dude driving the red Saturn sable clearly wearing a Best Buy uniform was speeding in the parking lot turned into the row that I was walking down and almost hit me and then almost completely curbed his car just so he can get to work on time I guess. The car behind him slowed to ask if I was okay and to call that employee dangerous. Crazy situation.

    I regret not getting the name of the young man that helped me purchase a new laptop and printer today because I wasn't particularly looking forward to it but he made it a positive experience. My dude, if you ever see this review, just know that BestBuy is my favorite store on the Citadel.

    The Verizon store is not corporate so beware. They will lie through their teeth and take advantage of the elders. The store manager said he’d reach out to the Verizon vendor and contact us. Still nothing. We’ve spent nearly ten hours running back and forth from Best Buy to the corporate store trying to resolve the phones. Had we gone to a corporate store right across the street we would have been given newer phones and so much less hassle. Quite possibly some of the most dishonest, soulless people I’ve encountered.
