  Just went to get a 3d printer with my mom today. Was greeted by the nicest man with blonde hair at the door, but we were ultimately directed to a guy in purple jordan's, crusty lips, and dirty hair. He prompted my mom to apply for credit through them to which she weren’t approved but when she applied online, she was approved. He had no desire to provide alternative options to still make the sell. Instead he seemed happy that my mom wasn’t approved. Her credit is excellent and was willing to just pay cash for the printer but when we noticed the dusty fellow didn’t care for the sell, we just left. Very disappointed.

  It took longer than I expected to get a sales rep to come help me with deciding on which 3-1 printer. I was just about to walk out and go somewhere else and after I looked at the Security Camera and made the notification that it if I keep standing there alone, (I pointed at myself and the money sign with my fingers and taking my fingers as I’m about to walk out of the store. And then after that time went by and when I did that at the camera, I suddenly had a very young man who was very nice guy and he apologized for me waiting.

  Got there right when they opened. Quickly grabbed what I needed. Then went and stood under the checkout sign by the registers in the front. After about 6 to 7 minutes and manager walk by and told me the checkout was at customer service. It was extra frustrating because at least 3 employees walked by me waiting. Also, a handful of employees were standing around talking. Seems like someone could have been checking people out at the actual checkout or at least have been able to redirect me much quicker. Just go to Target in the same shopping center if you can. They're way more on top of things.

  Don't order to general Mail delivery, I recently did, well they shipped it from Clarksville to Jeffersonville Indiana when I clearly entered general Mail to south 7th st. Louisville Kentucky post office. Then I spoke to at least 6 best buy reps who keep transferring or talking in circles that they delivered it but even the best buy website shows delivery to Jeffersonville Indiana not Louisville Kentucky.

  My son and I visited the Clarksville, IN store to get my son a new computer. My son was looking and could not make up his mind on what would be good for him. The salesman there took the time to talk to my son and ask him the games he plays and other info to help him choose a computer. The salesman name tag said “Naugle” . The salesman was awesome! I know nothing about computers and was not in a very good mood, but Naugle was able to help my son pick a computer and set it up for pickup for us. Thank you Naugle! It made this mom feel wonderful to have my son say he loves his new computer.
