- CCChris CouchMar 25, 20263.0I love best buy for the most part. The geeksquad protection they offer i have never found another warranty like it. It's a bit pricey depending on the amount you spend. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is bc I recently bought a fridge there and am a total tech member and it offers alot of benefits like instalation, delivery and all of that which they didn't offer to do at all. I took care of it myself then found out my fridge was missing a shelf. I bought it used someone bought it and returned it and they recertified it as used in (excellent condition) when i went up there they told me they dont keep them in stock and can't order them. When I made the call to customer service they told me it could be ordered to just go up there. So to this day im missing a shelf in my (like new) fridge. 🤷♂️ 🤷♂️ so even if you buy something that they (recertified) as like new make sure you check for all the components to save you headache bc I guess they do not.
