The manager greeted me at the door and had Connor work with me. He did a great job answering my questions and worked to get me the most cost effective solution. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great customer service this time!

Today I drove to the store and not only did I receive attitude from the customer service representative he also informed me it would be $30 a phone to set them up! What a waste of time and aggravation for a loyal customer! I guess that’s the customer service you can expect from this location!

He easily spent two hours with me and even called Verizon tech on my behalf and facilitated our interaction. In addition, he worked hard to find me a very competitive deal on a phone and plan should I decide to upgrade.
