My money goes to good customer service, especially when there are 5 other more responsive businesses that do the same thing you do.

The dishwasher required four repairs in the first year, and was actually completely rebuilt at a higher cost (to store) than if they just repaired it. There were 3 1/2 months of the first year of owning the dishwasher that it was not able to be used as we waited for more repairs. The ice maker on fridge stopped working 13 months after purchase, I was referred to an outside repair business (to repair because I bought the extended warranties). That business A&E factory service, scheduled me for 3 1/2 weeks later, and then 10 minutes before the 5 hour repair window was to expire, they sent me a text and moved me out another MONTH. I have been on hold with Best Buy for 35 minutes now and can't get a soul to talk to me. They have been nothing but a pain since the day they got so much of my money. Would not recommend them AT ALL
