I had three installs scheduled for 2/21/26. The TV installers were great. The security camera installers never showed up after waiting for 12 hours. The Starlink installer never called or showed up. These appointments were scheduled out 2 weeks. This service is absolutely deplorable. They pre-charge you and don't show up, meanwhile, I am paying people to be there for them to install. Best Buy Corporate needs to do an immediate audit on the Westfield/Carmel location. I've NEVER had such bad service, zero communication, etc. from any other Best Buy. I'm moving all my business to other companies who have integrity, and actually show up. What is going on here???

The sales people were less than helpful. One guy was ok and tried to help us, but 2 couldn't have cared less that we were there. When we were inquiring about large (98") tvs they couldn't answer the most basic questions and tried to push us towards a TV that wasn't even close to what we wanted. One sales guy was standing right next to us scrollling through his personal social media on his phone ignoring us when we asked questions. They lost a multi-thousand sale because of their lack of desire to simply do their jobs.

This place sucks so much now. Justin the “manager” will just bully you to get you out the store. These guys never know what they are doing. “You never made a mistake before” was the managers response to a clear error in his staffs fault. What a joke. Hopefully they close

Went to exchange screen protectors and the manager here denied my replacements due to an error in their system, then tried to get me to spend $50 on 2 new ones. I went to another location and the GM was able to find the screw up and make everything right.

We bought 4 new TVs plus sound bars on Black Friday with scheduled delivery on December 5, 2025 for our new house. The initial installation was a disaster. They marked up our walls, didn’t install the sound bars correctly, left the giant TV boxes behind for us to dispose of, and left some kind of grease stain on our new 75” Samsung Frame TV that cannot be removed. Finally, someone came to our home to remove the boxes and try to clean the TV. This was only after my husband went into the store because you cannot talk with anyone on the phone. The grease snugs cannot be cleaned from the TV, so the promised to replace the TV and refund all of our installation fees. The Geek Squad re-installed our TVs and soundbars correctly, but they didn’t have the new TV. We had an appointment scheduled for yesterday, Jan 14. After receiving multiple reminder texts, they never showed up. We called customer service who requested a call from the store, but we still haven’t received one. Needless to say, we still don’t have a replacement TV and the installation fees have not been reimbursed. The lack of customer service is comical. Stay far away from Best Buy!
