When I asked about making an appointment I was told “No you don’t need one and any of us could assist you”. Not the case. I waited in line today for about 15 minutes just to be turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. To make it worse the association cat calls to the others in line asking if they had an appointment and if not then he couldn’t assist them either. Thank you Best Buy for showing us you value poor customer service over loyal customers.

There was one guy waiting ahead of us and when we finally saw and employee we told him the other guy was ahead of us. We patiently waited and when he was finally finished the employee went and helped this man who had just walked in. We waited an additional hour and just ended up leaving. Sales should definitely come behind customers who just have questions and no intention to buy. I knew what I wanted and that would have taken him way less time and he could have assisted the both of us. Shame on you for not having anyone who wants to come to work. Now I have to wait an additional day just to give my business to a different location. Do better.
