Got a 4090 laptop from Here a few months ago and to get it repaired within the first 6 months because of thermal throttling. It was under warranty it worked when I put it into repairs I showed them. Asus themselves said it was the motherboard cannot be repaired. So I got my money back and Best Buy made it right all in all good service on Best Buy's part. FYI don't let Asus repair a thermal throttle.

Decent staff bit tragic policies. Each beat buy store and each time you call them it's like you are discussing with completely different companies. No concept of an integrated customer experience.
Every staff will tell you why the other store or the other agent didn't do the right thing and so they apologize and off you are sent to call the 1800 or the next store 40 miles away.
Poor experience.
