  I had the best experience with Katy! She took the time to work through all the options we had available for our current needs. I needed to return today to complete the final touches and she was able to get me taken care of quickly. She is very professional, patient, and kind. I highly recommend if you need anything to stop by and ask for her.

  I was at location 2838 E. 3rd st ste 1 in Bloomington, In The employees China Milon and Manager Sam both are awesome employees who care a lot about the customer who come into the store and I appreciate so much what both of them did for myself and my wife and I feel that all high CEO of this company should know this information first hand because all of you don't have a clue what both of those individuals have to go through each morning in this community, at this location above thank you all for reading this latter of myself.   tried to go in on new years day around 6pm but they were closed with no holiday hours posted or anything just a qr code leading me to website saying they are open until 7

  Horrible experiences continue at all Verizon stores. I contacted the customer support number, I had credits that should have remained on account monthly, Verizon just removed them and my bill went up almost 120.00 a month. Verizon suckers customers with device payments and promises, once your into the Verizon ecosystem it’s thousands to leave them. I cannot wait to leave, just gotta wait little bit for device payoffs to get lower, then I am gone. ATT will save me almost 140.00 a month for 4 lines , not including 2 expansion numbers. Verizon is the most expensive around, worst customer service and horrible interactions with customers, not to mention their below par mobile coverage map. I’m done paying for horrible customer service, weird unexplained fees and terrible coverage. I am counting the days to pull my very large account….additionally businesses don’t even get deals, only non business customers…what sense does that make…wow, excited to leave.

  My dad and I went in to pay his bill. It turned into an hour conversation with an associate named China. She was incredibly helpful and explained his bill/how to reduce costs. She never tried to push anything or got frustrated with all our questions. A MASSIVE thank you to her for taking the time to work with us!
