After having a very frustrating experience with Lowes that dragged on for a week with multiple cancelled deliveries and poor communication, we cancelled our Lowes order and came to Best Buy and have been so happy we did. The Salesman took time with us picking out the right fridge, wasn't pushy. The delivery scheduling was quick and the delivery happened seamlessly without any problems. The deliverymen communicated well, were careful with the fridge and able to get it installed. We had a great experience. Night and day difference between Lowes. We will be going to Best Buy from now on for all our appliances.

Staff would lie to make sales, even try to sell you damaged merch. Haaaaated it! So imagine my surprise when the 'specialist' for all things PC turned out to be a person who was anything but the unwashed Tate fan I had anticipated. They answered my questions, didn't assume I wouldn't understand tech terms, made a reasonable case for why I shouldn't buy the laptop I had originally come in there for, and then.... LET ME DECIDE. How more people like this one.... and I'll be back with more money!
