Having a problem that i frequently get and when asking for the doctor to call me directly being told by the office manager that they wont and shouldnt have to do that. I pay the doctor to be my care provider and if i have a problem or something concerning i should be able to speak to them directly. Very disappointing on how the office staff handled this and well the doctors them self are probably not aware that they are loosing thier patients. Dr hatcher and trisha them selves are fantastic but the office staff is what caused me to leave the practice. Especially with covid being a major issue and not being able to physically come in you would think that they would be able to at least talk to me over the phone. Being immune compromised and not having child care for my young son who is immune compromised as well i would have hoped for a better responce from the office manager in working with thier patients. Just cant put my family at risk and should not have to in order to get the help i needed. I had an appointment scheduled anyway but simply asked the doctor to call me before that directly over the phone to talk to me. I would have hoped for a better outcome from this office especially during a pandemic.
