  What a joke. How long does it take to change an iPhone battery. I had an appointment at 2:40 today. I brought the phone in at about 2.35. He says " it will be about 3 hours ". I asked - 3 hours to change a battery??. He said " that's about what it takes". I call BS. I've had batteries changed and and it takes an hour. So basically he was saying that my 2:40 appointment meant nothing. They were behind and I was to pay the penalty. And at $99 to change a battery, they must then be making less than $20 / hour labor once you factor out the battery. Sorry - I had not planned on, nor could I have hovered in the area. So suggestion, be sure to ask how long it will take to complete the job first. Also - you might consider going to Techy at Walmart instead. That's where I will be.

  Took off work so they could repair my item. Their time was estimated between 1130 and 330 pm I got an estimate he would be here around 1:08. 1 pm hits and I gwt a completed notification with a reschedule for 3 weeks from now without even contacting me. Absolutely terrible

  You have to pay a fee to have the service plan. The over the phone people can never assist you. Then you have to pay extra to have a service technician come out to your house. I wish I knew if another option.
