    They gave my already purchased flat screen 4k TV away to the wrong person and were very rude by straight up saying obviously the right person picked it up as he would have showed i.d., but in watching security video, the worker didn't even look at it. Didn't offer to replace it, nothing. Told me to leave store. Rudest customer service I've ever received in my life!

    My daughter had warranty on beats and they couldn't replace battery. Had to make appointment to drop them off and waited a week to get new ones when they have them in stock in store. I don't understand why the need to make appointment for drop off and waiting for pickup but all in all we got them and they were replaced so still 5 🤩

    I was going to buy a smartwatch today; I had questions about a couple of the watches but could not get anyone to help me. I asked someone who works there for help, it was obvious that they turned their head away from me and hurried past me while acting like they didn't hear me that they weren't going to help me. So, I went home, googled smart watches with the features I wanted and ordered one off of Amazon.

    I forgot to leave a review on my last visit. I stopped in to see if there were any good deals on motherboards or PC hardware but things had moved around and I asked an associate where they were. He said they probably got rid of them because he didn’t think it was something people did anymore “build their own computers” and that they didn’t carry them… So I stupidly left and didn’t look around further…only to find a few weeks later you guys had deals on the stuff.

    Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything in my life. I ordered two TV's as Christmas presents on Black Friday. Today they delivered them and I watched the delivery driver pick the TVs up one at a time and basically toss them on my porch in the freezing cold. And left them there. I would have been home if they delivered them the day they were scheduled. But they just decided they'd bring them whenever they wanted. I'm 45 minutes from the store which is why I had them delivered. I tried to contact the delivery company and waited almost 27 minutes before someone answered and disconnected. So I contacted the store because surely someone wants to hear about this experience. Nope, you can't talk to someone in the store. After trying to have a conversation with a robot. I finally gave up. Then I tried to use the support chat option. To be told the only way to resolve and tell someone is to drive 45 minutes to the store. I told the chatbot I didn't want to drive there. So they kindly gave me a number and said just ask for a manager. So I was relieved. Thought it was a solution. No. It was the general number to Best buy I had already called. And still couldn't get someone on the phone. What an absolute joke of a company. I've been buying products from them for years. I pay to be a My Best Buy member. And they don't have the decency to take a phone call to leave feedback. So here we are 3 hours later with still no conversation with anyone but a robot. Smh. Buy it on Amazon this is why retail is dying. If you can't provide a person to speak to why do you even have a storefront?? DO NOT BUY HERE!
