  The store was clean, easy to navigate, and the staff were friendly and quick to help when I had questions. Overall, a nice little shopping trip and definitely worth stopping by if you’re hunting for cards or anything tech-related.

  Best buy customer service is horrible. Tried to call the Avon Indiana store to ask a question to see if they could help with automotive alarm installations. Called the number after 10 minutes got a person who said they would connect me. 10 minutes later still no answer. What should have taken less than a minute wasted 20 minutes and still no answer.

  My 83 year old mother got her phone hacked and took money from her bank account. We went to the geek squad to see if they could help. The geek 🤓 looked over my mom's phone and removed a bunch of apps that were suspicious. She was hit twice but hasn't been hit since. And get this, they didn't charge us a cent. Nice people.

  Extremely Disappointed with Best Buy’s Customer Service I purchased a TV on sale through Amazon on October 8th for in-store pickup at Best Buy. I wasn’t able to pick it up until the 13th, so I called earlier that afternoon to confirm, and was told I had until close to get it. I drove 45 minutes to the store, only to have one of the employees verify my ID and tell me to pull up front while they brought the TV out. After waiting 15 minutes, I noticed that same employee leaving for the day, and no one ever came out with my order. I went back inside after about 20 minutes and spoke with another worker, who had to get a manager involved. The manager then told me that they had made a mistake and sold my TV to someone else in person. When I asked what could be done, the manager simply told me I’d have to cancel the order. They had another TV in stock that was basically the same model and price, yet he refused to honor the original deal or offer a comparable replacement. I wasted a lot of time, gas, and effort because of their mistake, and the lack of concern or willingness to make things right was very disappointing. I won’t be shopping at this Best Buy again.
