My husband & I went in to get the new iPhone 17 Pro, Justin was helping us, Dan was the only other employee working & he was with a customer. Seven people came in & was waiting right after us. An hour later when Dan was finished with his customer he left, left all seven people waiting. While we were waiting for all our information to transfer to the new phones Justin was trying to help the remaining seven customers, he was very frustrated, kept going to back room & either hitting things or throwing things, I don’t know which At one point he slammed his fist on the desk & cussed, there were three children in the room plus four adult customers. When our phones had transferred he tried to clear mine since I was doing a trade in, it didn’t work, he told me I would need to reset my password, it was delayed an hour, so he told me I would need to take it home & reset it then bring back the next day, after he got an attitude with me. At home we tried to charge our phones, we couldn’t because there was no adapter with our phones! Justin did not tell us that😡 I returned the next day with my cleared phone & Dan was helping me. He told me I could not return the phone because I was not Harry or Paul, it’s a business account with my husband & my brother n law listed on the account. I explained that Justin told me to bring it in, nope, wouldn’t return it. I asked for the manager. I went through my entire experience & he told me I couldn’t return the phone. I even had my husband on the phone with me. So we had to make a THIRD trip to the store so my husband could hand them the phone. Oh, the manager did give me an adapter for my phone, no charge, but wouldn’t give my husband one. DO NOT GO TO THE ANGOLA, IN VERIZON STORE
