Dr. Goad is the best, she is so patient with our highly anxious pup and she always goes out of her way to make the visit a positive experience so that our Frodo doesn’t dread going. We truly appreciate all of the staff and especially Dr.Goad for trying to make each anxious visit as easy as it can be.

- JSJennifer StevensMar 22, 20264.0Our sweet Sasha was not doing well. Her emergency exam indicated a long road of complicated surgeries and medications. After some difficult conversations, we made the decision to let her go peacefully. Staff were very kind and compassionate, giving us all the time we needed. Took us to a large private area where we could love on our girl through her transition. They let us have even more time to hold her afterwards until we were ready to walk away. The only complaint I have about our services were the container we received with her remains. We thought we were receiving a metal or aluminum type container but it was cardboard like, almost like an oatmeal container. I just thought it would be more sturdy. Had we known, we may have paid to upgrade it. please explain to pet parents the material they would be receiving. the ceramic paw print and keepsake of her fur were beautiful though. we would use these services again if needed.
