Adrian a very good worker and very polite and very kind to the elder people he helped me transfer my service over and was very patient with me I would say 10\10 he did very well and was very smart with bringing all my contacts and pictures to my new device already satisfied and I'm a new customer !

My husband's phone got hacked. I have call cricket customer service multiple times and haven't had any luck reaching a live representative. We went to the Muncie Store and the guy there got us a new sim card and a new number and we had to pay $92. I stated that I think the $92 should have been waived since we were hacked .The guy could not answer any questions for us and told us all he knows how to do is sell phones.
I came home and continued call cricket customer service and ended up on a phone chat. They could not answer my questions and refused to have someone to call me.
So I decided to call Anderson Cricket Wireless store and explained my concerns. I was lucky that Desmon answer and he answered all my questions. Desmon has excellent customer service and for now on we will be coming to Anderson for all of our service needs.

Adrian was wonderful, went above and beyond making sure my questions were answered. His smile was contagious and had great support from Desmond. The best experience in store since being a customer since 2014. These 2 gentlemen made it a pleasure to be in the store and had excellent customer service.
