The clueless representative, Sheba was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly asked if I still needed help in a sarcastic way, despite not providing any assistance at all. Her very nasty behavior, including rolling her eyes and walking away, made it clear that customer care is not a priority. Overall, the service was terrible and very frustrating. I will be canceling and choosing a different provider .
