I ported two lines from my business account, and the process was handled terribly. One of the lines was ported so poorly that I had to cancel it and get a new number because the information didn’t match. The other line also had issues with mismatched info, and I almost lost that number but was able to save it. On top of that, I never received the promotions or credits I was promised — they just ported my lines randomly without setting up the plans or promotions they told me about. Overall, a terrible experience and I won’t be coming back to this location.
