  Waited outside the store until 10:15 today Friday March 20th no one ever showed up. Called the store, went to someone's voicemail and I left a message. No one bothered to respond. I would give zero stars if I could. You definitely will not be getting my business. I was going to purchase a new phone.

  The gentleman who was working at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, March 11th was beyond helpful! He immediately knew how to go about assisting me in activating my new esim.
