  These guys liars and scammers. We signed up for the VCA membership and they told us we can cancel at any time and the membership acts as an insurance to look after the cat but we dont pay anything out of pocket just the monthly fee. We'll what happens when we do want to cancel? They said we cant and we signed a 1 year contract which they never disclosed in the beginning and that any and all charges for the pet have been piling up to THOUSANDS of dollars and until all of that is paid off by the monthly membership we cannot cancel. NONE of this was explained or told, only telling us its a monthly membership come in whenever and cancel whenever. LIARS LIARS LIARS AND SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS.

  Love this vet! Wouldn't change it at all! Such amazing staff and vets there! Love my experience Everytime I go here with my Yoshi and ferrets! Thank you for the patience and support ❤️

  I love to bring my service dog into VCA. The front desk staff are always extremely friendly. Dr. Kayson is amazing. My dog is always excited to see him. He’s a good man and an excellent Dr. I’d also like to mention the Vet Tech Adriana. Very kind and friendly. Thank you for always being so caring and helpful. We’ve been through a lot with Adrian.

  The doctors and staff treat my cat and dog as if it were their own cat and dog. The office and bathroom are exceptionally clean. They also have an area in the waiting area where you can donate items to the West Suburban humane society.

  This vet was amazing with my dog. I have an 11 year old pitbull named Tito who sadly has had so many medical issues over the years. He sees several specialists and we just moved to Oakbrook so I needed a primary vet nearby. I decided to try this place since there was a promo for a free first exam near by - I didn’t have the highest expectations but wow the vet was incredible!! I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. She was extremely caring, thorough, kind, and I could tell she genuinely cared for and showed real affection for my little guy. I Highly recommend her, I wish I remembered her name! His rx box says prescribed by Dr. Hailey Caldwell so maybe that’s her! Either way this place left a great impression. I was most impressed by their ability to re-do his leg splint he was wearing for a bad ankle sprain! He was seen by an orthopedic vet the day before, and the splint the orthopedic made for his leg was already falling down, so I asked them here to re apply his splint and it’s the best one he’s had so far. Very impressed! 5 stars :) My dog is sweet old man, lots going on for him and I always feel bad for the vet having to address so many things and I can usually sense frustration or annoyance in previous encounters with other vets, but this vet was so kind and patient and smart. I wish all vets were like her.! Thank you! Picture of him resting comfortably pain free after his visit :)
