The customer service was terrible. The man who helped me was incredibly sales motivated, and didn't have great customer relation building. He tried to force me to buy multiple things and DID force me to buy things. He said at the end, "the total for your case, screen protector and camera protector will be..." and I didn't even ask for any of those, he just assumed I wanted them and tried to manipulate me into buying them. He also tried to manipulate me into buying phone insurance. My husband went to another store that offered him a box to return his old phone in, I didn't get one. To top off it all, he charged me $40 to setup my phone without telling me that was optional. I didn't want to have my phone set up, I wanted to leave and set it up myself, but he made me sit an hour and wait to get it set up and charged me for it. He said he was a manager before he decided to "step down", sounds more like to me that he was forced to step down because he is just a terrible human being.
