I went in today because he had his shot due ( I belong to the VCA wellness club), so, we went in for his scheduled vaccine. I asked that they clip his nail ( done it a few times) and it’s been around $17.00 “ish”. Today when I checked out, she told me it was $32.70?! That is obnoxious! I told her whenever I’ve done it before it was with the vet.. I was with a tech today… that makes sense that it’s more because of that… uhm, NOT! I could have had an entire grooming done for that with the nails. I am beyond disgusted with them. I was in and out with my dog pooping, peeing, shot, and nails in less than 10 minutes. I told her again how outrageous that cost was and that it’s like a one minute job. She told me it’s not that simple and takes 2 ppl. My dog is 6 pounds and I am constantly told how well behaved he is when he goes there. Never have anything done there “extra” .. they have also charged me for the vaccines before because I went past the date I was supposed to be in. Just bad business.

When we got her home she was bleeding from where the blood was drawn. Was crying and has trouble trying to lay down. Called them and they said bring her back in and they would "clean it up". Their concern is very Underwhelming. Have spent several hundred dollars there - but no more. Please take your pet(s) elsewhere for their care.
