Why are there items on the floor that aren’t ready to be sold? The tall cashier with glasses and a beard was unhelpful and rude and then took other customers instead of me even though I had other product to purchase. Do not shop here, they do not like their customers.

Anyways they told me I could try trading it in for something else and when they valued my purchase, they only offered $115 for a $500 VR set not even 4 months old.
