- LSLady SunshineDec 12, 20251.0If i could give zero stars I would. Scheduled a big install job with two 85" t.v.s for a disabled man. They arrived, looked at the fireplace wall, said we cant do that wall. Then LEFT.the job. We called customer service to get a run around and cant schedule the installer back after they left. So im charged almost 400 bucks to be told too bad cant install it. They do not respect the ADA and are very discrimatory towards disabled folks. Do not support this branch, or best buy in general. There are millions of disabled Americans and ABT will outshine best buy all day. Meanwhile, I have those 85 inch tvs sitting outside for them to pick them up. Hopefully no one will take them, as I left them on tje street like they left thos disabled man hanging.
