- LLLucasDec 17, 20251.0The employees at this location allowed my ex wife to come into that store, take a phone that was under contract and disconnect it off my account without my permission and switch the phone to prepaid!! She wasn’t on my account. They had no right to do this.. now I owe almost 500$ for a phone they gave her for free that didn’t belong to any of them except me!!!! How does this happen?? I can’t even pay my bill without getting a 6 digit text, give them my 4 digit pin, and show them my ID!! I’ve asked to speak to the owner.. but because my exwife is friends with the manager there, I haven’t heard back anything at all!! Someone needs to contact me because I’m about to file a police report on the manager there and my exwife!
