I received a letter from a collections agency stating I had an unpaid bill from Verizon even though the employee at this store told me I was paid off and assured me multiple times that EVERYTHING was taken care of. I went back into the store to upgrade my phone last week 1/09 and was told I couldn’t because I’m not in “good standing” with Verizon. I was told to come back and speak with the manager. I called today to try to speak with the manager and was told he was busy and would call me back. Hours later I called again and no one picked up.i gave it a few more hours and they still wouldn’t answer. I had my coworker call from his phone because I felt they were ignoring me. Sure enough, they picked right up! But yet when I ask to speak to the manager he’s too busy or he’s “out”. I will NEVER do business with these people again. Not only do they lie, but they don’t mind hurting your credit either and won’t admit their mistakes or make it right!

She wasn’t on my account. They had no right to do this.. now I owe almost 500$ for a phone they gave her for free that didn’t belong to any of them except me!!!! How does this happen?? I can’t even pay my bill without getting a 6 digit text, give them my 4 digit pin, and show them my ID!! I’ve asked to speak to the owner.. but because my exwife is friends with the manager there, I haven’t heard back anything at all!! Someone needs to contact me because I’m about to file a police report on the manager there and my exwife!
