THE AUTO BOT JUST SENT ME A MESSAGE SAYING THE THE $5 COUPON HAS EXPIRED. I ONLY JUST BOUGHT MY New PHONE THIS PAST WED. NIGHT. NOW IT IS SAT. MORNING, AND the coupon for the survey has EXPIRED? AND THEY ONLY TELL ME AFTER I completed their survey? How dare they! If they want positive reviews, maybe they shouldn't do that to people! I'm a person who feels they abused my good will by promising a coupon and then not delivering!. How many thousands of people have you done this to, Verizon? They could have told me that I had to complete the survey that same day, but they didn't. Now I feel as if I wasted my time.Thanks a lot Verizon! Has this happened to anyone else??
