  Left my phone for battery change . After waiting 2.5 hours no one even start repairing. The are just simply forgot . Avoid !!

  Super nice people very knowledgeable about what they know I wanted a three monitor built and they did a great job building it for me I would definitely recommend them for a beginner I know nothing about computers

  I will rather drive miles to Tinley Park IL for my Geek Squad services than driving to my next door in Homewood IL. The Geek Squad staffs in Tinley Park surely know what they are doing. I will recommend this location 👌

  I’m so happy and I’m glad that I took it to geek squad and I wish I took a long time ago like almost 4 years when I built the computer I had a problem with computer crashed once I didn’t update windows 10 start crashing like every 20 minutes. So I know about the membership to geek squad for $200 a year that’s cheaper than fixing the computer multiple times so I took the computer to weeks worth and I doubt they know what’s gonna be the problem but I’m so happy that within 24 hours they thought that the problem fixed the problem and right now I’m really happy with what they don’t I don’t recommend if you do have any problem just take your computer to them and save yourself time and hassle because you could troubleshoot as much as you want but they know what they should do for you
