    Every time we visit this location the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Wayne in the computer section went above and beyond to help us find the perfect gaming tower and monitor for our son. He quickly understood our son’s gaming interests and knew exactly what would work best. Wayne was polite, patient, and genuinely kind. He made our shopping experience smooth, easy, and fast. We truly appreciate the great service!

    Had a great experience. I got a defective tv. And they were very nice about exchanging it. Ronnie, Madi, Anwar (sorry I spelled wrong), Trevor and Rocky were all so kind and helpful. I actually would recommend going to the store than talking to someone.

    Love coming to this specific Best Buy. They usually have everything in stock and I never seem to have problems. The last time I went I did have a small problem but nothing too serious. I went to return an iPad I had bought. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and I asked where I could return the item. The lady by the door told me to go to customer service which was on the left side of the store. So I went and waited in line since there was 2 people in front of me. Once it was my turn the person in the customer service told me that I had to go to geek squad first which was on the oppostise side of the store on the right side. I then went to geek squad waited for a couple of minutes and when it was my turn they told me to go to customer service first. I laughed and told the employee they had jst send me over there and they told me to come to geek squad 1st. The guy smiled and shook his head and took care of me. After that evryrhing was quick and the guy was very helpful. I feel it was some sort of miscommunication but nevertheless wasnt such a big problem for myself.
