I was helped by Amour at this Best Buy location, and the experience was great. I had a return that the Homewood location wouldn’t process, but Amour handled it quickly and professionally. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy without making me feel like an inconvenience. If returning something was this smooth, I can only imagine how great the experience would be when making a purchase. Highly recommend this location and especially Amour.

Consistently RUDE employee experiences. If they are not interrogating you upon entering the store, they are throwing your purchase into your car at curbside pickup like they did today. I don’t understand how this is okay!

I came in today to get a replacement screen protector and David and the greeter at the door were EXTREMELY friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes with no issues. Great customer service!
