The transaction was finished promptly and I received my phone within 2 days. Wow! I took my phone to the Taylorville store to enable it for me. I was pleasantly greeted by associate Samantha. She transferred all my info from my last Cricket phone to my new one. Also recommended a sturdy phone case and screen cover. Wow! What awesome customer service! The manager even greeted me and exchanged a few pleasantries. What I thought would be stressful, turned out to be a wonderful day thanks to the team at Cricket Taylorville Illinois. My dad needed a new phone that would pair effectively with his hearing aids and I called the store to discuss options. Kayla was soooo helpful and she took the time to tell me what options I had, and the specs and benefits of each phone. She was so knowledgeable and assured me they could help with anything we needed. So the following day I took my dad into the store and Regan was the one who assisted us. She too was amazing, so patient, so easy to talk with and also very understanding of the unique needs he had and why he needed a new phone. Even though working with us spilled into her scheduled lunch break, she happily followed through to finish with us and not once did she make us feel rushed. She made sure we had all we needed to keep the phone safe, and get things set up for my dad to begin using. Thank you Kayla and Regan! I highly recommend Cricket Wireless in Taylorville!
